# Nolien — AI and automation for businesses

Nolien is a studio with two main products: Nolien AI, an assistant that answers customer questions, asks for missing details and answers from company documents with sources; and workflow automation, which records requests, assigns an owner, sends follow-up reminders and prepares quote drafts for team approval. One task the team does by hand every week is chosen; after a fixed-price setup of 1–2 weeks, the system is run and improved monthly. A person checks every output with consequences before it is sent. Nolien also builds mobile apps and websites. Based in Ankara, Türkiye, with remote collaboration.

## Services

- **AI integration (Nolien AI):** A business assistant offering for visitor questions, source-based access to company documents and draft preparation. This is not a claim to have trained an independent foundation model or to offer every integration as a finished product. Consequential actions and customer communications remain subject to human review.
- **Workflow automation:** Requests from forms and email are recorded in one panel, assigned to an owner and followed up with reminders; quote drafts wait for team approval. Integrations are scoped per project.
- **Mobile apps and websites:** Clearly scoped first versions for iOS and Android; websites that explain services and lead visitors to get in touch.
