We agree the product count, variants, target countries, payment provider and shipping requirements first. Design and setup follow the scope you approve.

## Scope

- **Store design for your brand**: We adapt the homepage, collection and product pages on the selected theme using your brand and content.
- **Products and collections**: We configure the agreed number of products, variants and collections using your product information, prices and stock details.
- **Payment and shipping settings**: We configure an eligible payment provider, delivery zones and shipping rules. Provider applications and approval belong to your business.
- **Responsive review and test orders**: We check product selection, cart, checkout and notifications using supported test methods. Live selling follows the required account and payment approvals.
- **Advertising and measurement setup**: When scoped, we connect Meta Pixel, Google measurement and product catalogues with appropriate access and consent settings. Campaign management and ad spend are separate.
- **Store handover**: Your business owns the store. We provide a short walkthrough of products, inventory updates and order management.

Setup pricing is on request and depends on the product count and integrations. Shopify subscriptions, domain, paid themes/apps, payment fees and ad spend are separate. Delivery timing depends on ready content and provider approvals.

## Questions

### How much does setup cost and how long does it take?

Pricing is on request based on products, theme adaptation, languages and integrations. We agree a delivery schedule once content and account access are ready.

### Are Shopify fees included?

Shopify subscriptions, domain, paid themes and apps are separate. Provider fees and any applicable third-party platform transaction fees are also considered separately. We agree the required items before purchases.

### How are payments configured?

We connect a provider supported for your business location and category. Provider verification and approval are required. Shopify Payments is available only in supported countries.

### Who owns the store?

Your business does. New stores follow the appropriate client transfer process; on existing stores we request collaborator access only to the required areas.

### Does advertising setup guarantee sales?

No. Measurement and catalogue setup prepare the technical foundation. Creative, ad spend and campaign management are separate; sales or return on ad spend are not guaranteed.

### Is this the same as a business website package?

Ecommerce adds product, cart, payment and order workflows and is quoted separately from a business presentation website.

### Can an AI assistant be added?

An assistant for product information and navigation can be scoped separately. Stock, order and return access requires additional integration and permissions.
